Lead the integration of Family Help, Family Safeguarding and Adolescent Safeguarding services Oversee the transition to a locality model with accessible, place‑based support Embed high‑quality, strengths‑based and trauma‑informed practice Drive performance, quality assurance and inspection readiness Strengthen partnerships with Early Help, Police, Health, Education and community services Provide confident senior leadership across practice, including participation in the out‑of‑hours leadership rota

Significant senior leadership experience within Children’s Social Care Strong expertise in safeguarding, risk management and complex decision‑making A passion for early intervention, relational practice and strengths‑based approaches Experience of driving improvement, innovation and workforce stability Ability to lead confidently in times of transformation and organisational change
