This is the job

As Head of Sustainability & Environment, you will lead the team that is responsible for embedding sustainability across our organisation. This high-impact, high-visibility role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver initiatives that align with our ESG framework, meet regulatory and best practice standards, and reflect the values and expectations of our stakeholders. You’ll collaborate across all business areas to drive meaningful change and ensure sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

As a member of the Group Risk and Compliance leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Chief Risk Officer to define and implement the strategic direction of the function. You’ll be a visible champion of our Group values—especially collaboration—bringing teams together to support our long-term vision.
