✅ Lead a team of engineers ✅ Oversee mechanical & electrical design delivery ✅ Develop bespoke decarbonisation strategies ✅ Drive building performance upgrades using IESVE & AutoCAD ✅ Manage client relationships, project resourcing, and commercial proposals ✅ Share P&L responsibility with the MD
