Your role

Reporting to the Group CTO and MD of Prime, you will lead the growth and diversification strategy, bridging technology and business, ensuring swift and high-quality delivery of divisional priorities, optimizing team skills, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.

What you'll do

Division Accountability

• Assess initiatives and guide their feasibility and progress
• Drive rapid product delivery and early demos
• Define tech strategy to enhance client value and delivery efficiency

Technology & Engineering

• Champion best practices, lead modernization, promote innovation
• Design resilient teams and optimize delivery pipelines

Strategic Leadership

• Translate tech strategy into customer value
• Build stakeholder relationships and use data for decisions

Execution & Results

• Support measurable business improvements
• Uphold engineering standards and lead through change
