We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept. ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a Head of Wholesale who will lead and execute RIXO’s global wholesale strategy, driving profitable growth while ensuring strong brand positioning across all external partners. Reporting to the CEO, this is a critical role, with full ownership of the wholesale P & L. You will play an exciting and central role in the next phase of RIXO’s global growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Leadership
Define and deliver the global wholesale strategy in line with RIXO’s brand and commercial objectives Lead a disciplined “fewer, bigger, better” account strategy, focusing on scalable, high‑quality partnerships
Commercial Performance & Trading
Own the Wholesale P & L and budget end‑to‑end Drive full‑price sell‑through through improved buying discipline and BNWN alignment by monitoring and optimising performance by account, category, and region
Account Management & Growth
Build and develop senior relationships with key global partners and establish a robust trading cadence with key accounts (weekly/bi‑weekly) Identify and unlock growth opportunities within top‑tier accounts globally Lead negotiations on commercial terms, exclusives, and distribution inline with brand values Oversee onboarding and long‑term development of new strategic wholesale partners Drive growth across top wholesale partners through focused prioritisation, high‑quality engagement
Go‑to‑Market & Selling Strategy
Own end‑to‑end showroom strategy across London, New York and Paris ensuring strong market execution plans Drive a strong digital approach to international selling where needed, supported by targeted in‑person engagement. Work closely with design, production and merchandising teams to ensure market plans align with the critical path Establish a clear wholesale calendar and trading rhythm, aligning seasonal timelines, budgets, and reviews.
Product & Distribution
Work closely with Design and Merchandising teams to ensure product is optimised for wholesale success Define and own category frameworks tailored to different account types Manage exclusives strategy with key partners (e.g. MyTheresa, Net‑a‑Porter, Revolve, Nuuly) presenting a clear plan for the year ahead, integrating this into our current critical path to ensure success. Maintain tight control over distribution to protect brand equity and pricing integrity, working closely with the founders to ensure this complements the retail and ecommerce channels.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the wholesale team. Build a high‑performing, accountable team with clear ownership of accounts. Define and evolve the wholesale team structure, including the development of a dedicated US function Oversee external agencies whilst leading the transition to a more in‑house wholesale model
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in a senior wholesale leadership role within contemporary or luxury fashion brand Strong track record of driving profitable growth across global wholesale channels Deep understanding and experience of Global wholesale markets and key accounts Highly commercial, data‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset Strong leadership with a track record of building teams and capability Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Resilient, adaptable and confident working in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel across markets and flexible working approach during key selling dates

Wholesale revenue growth and profitability Full‑price sell‑through improvement Growth and performance of top 20 accounts Reduction in markdown and excess inventory risk Successful transition to a more in‑house wholesale model Strength of brand positioning across wholesale partners
