You will lead the pastry team, inspire innovation, and ensure every creation delights guests while upholding the highest standards of quality, sanitation, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the pastry culinary team across restaurants, banquets, lounges, and in-room dining Personally exhibit baking and decorating talents while guiding staff in technique and innovation Develop new pastry concepts, decorative displays, and signature creations that reflect St. Regis elegance Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation across all pastry offerings Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory management for pastry operations Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards Deliver service that exceeds guest expectations and drives loyalty Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement Train and mentor staff on pastry fundamentals, menu items, and presentation excellence Core Competencies 6+ years' experience in pastry Strong leadership and team-building skills with proven ability to inspire and mentor Excellent communication and guest service abilities Knowledge of UK food safety standards and pastry best practices Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-demand luxury setting At The St. Regis London , our Hosts are the heartbeat of our legacy of exceptional service.
