We are awell-established independent French bistro and wine bar in Mayfair,known for our loyal clientele, relaxed atmosphere and classic French cuisine. We are currently looking for anexperienced Head Waiter/Waitress, Restaurant Supervisor to support the manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant. This role would suit someone who enjoystraditional hospitality, working with regular guests, and maintaining high service standards in a friendly and professional environment. Key Responsibilities -Supporting the manager with thedaily running of the restaurant -Leading the front-of-house team during service -Ensuringexcellent customer service and guest experience -Assisting withteam organisation and service flow -Maintaining awarm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests -Helping uphold high standards ofservice, presentation and professionalism Requirements -Minimum3 years experience in restaurant service -Experience inbusy restaurants or bistro environments -Strong communication and customer service skills -Reliable, organised and able to lead by example -French language is an advantage but not essential -Must have theright to work in the UK
