Communicated effectively with colleagues at all levels to ensure the smooth running of restaurant services and events. Built rapport with guests, remembering preferences and engaging with them to create a memorable dining experience. Supervised and coordinated waiters, commis waiters, and casual staff to maintain efficient service and high operational standards.
