We are looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress ?to join our front of house team members at Heddon Street Kitchen. Heddon Street Kitchen, located in Regent's Street Food Quarter, is inspired by Bread Street Kitchen in the City and situated over three floors, expect a relaxed, modern European menu. From brisk breakfasts and post-shopping pit stops through to lunch, dinners and after work cocktails, Heddon Street Kitchen is open all day seven days a week. What you do as a Head Waiter/Waitress : You pride yourself on having an excellent product knowledge and going the extra mile to create a memorable guest experience

You are confident to run a section, open and close shifts, motivate and supervise the junior members of the front of house team

Your attention to detail ensures consistency and timely set up of the restaurant and your keen desire to coach staff enhances their knowledge and confidence

You thrive on teamwork and support management team to guarantee guests always leave with fully positive dining experience

You are keen to use your interpersonal skills, energy and passion for food to ensure the highest standards and performance targets are constantly achieved
