About the job At Langosteria, service is at the heart of the guest experience. Were looking for a Head Waiter who combines service excellence, leadership, and attention to detail to ensure the highest standards are maintained in the dining room. This role is ideal for a professional who leads by example, supports the service team, and contributes to creating a refined and memorable experience for every guest. Support the Restaurant Manager and the Assistant Restaurant Manager in coordinating the dining room service
Supervise and guide the service team to ensure efficiency, consistency, and elegance during service
Ensure all service standards and procedures are followed
Assist in welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout the experience
Monitor the preparation and organization of the dining room mise en place
Handle guest requests and support the team in managing service challenges when needed
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
About You Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants in same position Excellent English language skills.
