Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support delivery across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of health and safety systems across civil engineering projects Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions Ensure all works are delivered in line with current HSE legislation and company procedures Carry out regular site inspections and audits across active project sites Identify, record, and track non-conformances (NCRs) through to effective close-out Assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and lessons learned Support the introduction of new processes, technologies, and safe working practices Liaise with site teams, engineers, and management to maintain high safety standards
Experience & Qualifications
Experience working with health and safety management systems (ISO45001 preferred) NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) CSCS card Driving licence
