Do you have experience in high-risk environments like construction, engineering, manufacturing, or nuclear?

That’s why we’ve built a dedicated, outsourced team of Health & Safety professionals who provide hands-on support, guidance, and training to businesses across the northwest.

And now, we’re growing.

What makes this different?

· No cold calling or chasing leads – we work closely with our legal employment and HR teams, and demand for our services is strong.

· You’ll be out and about – 3 days a week on-site with clients, 2 days from home or our offices.

· You’ll work with variety – from audits and fire risk assessments to investigations, training, and review meetings.

· You’ll be respected as the expert – not just a compliance tick-box.

Who are we looking for?

· A qualified professional (NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent)

· Someone with real-world experience in high-risk sectors.

· Ideally, someone who’s worked hands-on before moving into Health & Safety.

· A confident communicator who can educate, advise, and troubleshoot.

· Someone who wants to make a real impact.
