£65,000 + benefits Youll lead health and safety across multiple live construction projects in London, with full ownership of the strategy and direct influence on site safety culture. This isnt a desk-based compliance job. Youll be visible and active on site, building trust with labour forces and maintaining strong relationships with main contractors and project teams. Theres a clear path upward if thats where you want to go. What youll do Lead health and safety strategy across all London projects. Conduct regular site inspections, audits and toolbox talks. Build strong working relationships with site operatives and supervisors. Act as primary H&S contact with main contractors. Ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation and CDM regulations. Maintain and update risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Support project teams in maintaining high safety standards. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Promote a positive safety culture across the business. What youll need NEBOSH health and safety for construction Proven experience in a Health & Safety position within construction (ideally fit-out, glazing, faade or interiors). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with site labour and subcontractors. Experience working collaboratively with main contractors. Confident presence on site with a hands-on approach. Full UK driving licence.
