Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Property Management business in Cambridge to appoint a Health and Safety Manager.This is a hybrid role and your time will be split between the Cambridge office, working from home and travelling to sites across the South of England when required.The salary is up to £50,000 per annum plus car allowance.Responsibilities:Provide competent Health and Safety advice and guidanceRespond to Health and Safety queries, assist with the creation of newsletters and help to maintain ISO certification 45001 and 14001Provide Health and Safety support to the property management department and site-based teamsEnsure statutory compliance across the property portfolio and investigate incidents on-site as requiredDeliver a first-class Health and Safety service and ensure best practiceExperience:NEBOSH General Certificate or a NEBOSH DiplomaProperty Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Retail or a transferable sectorA team player with a pro-active, can do attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and great stakeholder management skillsStrong I.T skills (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)This is an exceptional Health and Safety opportunity with a great organisation and team.
