You’ll develop and implement corporate H&S policies, deliverbespoke training, and create strategies that foster a culture of safety andwellbeing. Your responsibilities will include: Advising senior leaders and managers on health and safety matters. Preparing and reviewing policies and procedures to minimise risk.

Investigating incidents, reporting under RIDDOR where necessary, and recommending preventative measures. Managing and analysing H&S data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Leading initiatives to promote physical and mental wellbeing.

Delivering training sessions to empower staff and managers in meeting their H&S obligations. This role includesline management responsibilities and requires collaboration with internal andexternal stakeholders. What You’ll Need to Succeed NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent Level 6 qualification.

Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, risk assessment methodologies, and best practice. At least 3 years’ experience in occupational health and safety roles. Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and deliver training.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis. A proactive approach to promoting health and safety and driving continuous improvement.
