Our Client Tezlom Ltd is recruiting compassionate Health Care Assistants (Minibus Drivers only) to support residents in specialist Nursing and Care Homes across Surrey. Were a trusted, expanding healthcare recruitment agency, proudly established since 2008 .
About the Role
As a Driver Health Care Assistant , youll:
Safely transport clients to care facilities and back home
Provide personal and emotional care during the day
Support with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, meals, and social engagement
Build warm, trusting relationships with clients and their families

Early shifts, late shifts, long days, nights
Weekdays or weekends
Up to full-time hours or as a second income

Pay & Benefits
£13.84 per hour (including holiday pay) via PAYE

What Were Looking For
Minimum 3 months UK paid Care Assistant experience (within the last 5 years)
Full UK driving licence (no more than 3 minor points)
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply cost £64.20)
Friendly, reliable, and confident communicator
If youve lived outside the UK for more than 6 months in the last 5 years, a police clearance certificate will be required.
