We are currently looking for Full time day and nights Complex Care Support Workers to support a young male with a severe brain injury in the Lincoln area, living in a family home. This is a 2:1 package requiring compassionate, consistent support from skilled individuals to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life. This package involves supporting an individual with very complex physical health needs and palliative care requirements. The client has severe quadriplegia, progressive respiratory failure requiring ventilation support, epilepsy, and a gastrostomy for nutrition and medication. You will be providing hands-on support including repositioning, personal care, respiratory monitoring, and seizure management, while following clear escalation protocols. The applicant must have the following qualifications and experience: Minimum 6 months recent experience in a healthcare or support role within the UK

Experience with PEG/gastrostomy feeding, oxygen therapy, and ventilator support
