CDM / Health & Safety Advisor Field Based – Covering Doncaster, Sheffield, Chesterfield & Surrounding Areas £45,000 – £50,000 + Hybrid Company Car Full Time, Permanent Are you an experienced CDM / Health & Safety Advisor looking to take the next step in your career? Location & Travel Requirements This is a field‑based role covering sites across Doncaster, Sheffield, Chesterfield and the surrounding region. To keep travel manageable, the ideal candidate will be based in or around Doncaster or Sheffield. Candidates slightly east of this area will also be considered. Please note: applications cannot be considered from candidates further north than Doncaster/Sheffield, or further south than Chesterfield, or further east/south of Lincoln. Daily travel to multiple sites is required, so a full, clean driving licence is essential. Responsibilities * Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across a variety of construction sites * Acting as Principal Designer when required * Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and accident investigations * Representing clients as the safety authority in meetings * Developing and implementing Health & Safety policies * Producing clear, accurate reports and communicating effectively with clients and site teams What You’ll Need * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction * Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including CDM * NEBOSH Construction Certificate * TechIOSH membership with a clear, demonstrable CPD/training record * Strong IT skills * Presentable with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Full, clean driving licence Ready to Make an Impact?
