As our Health & Safety Compliance Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating safe, supportive spaces across more than 170 Mind shops across England & Wales. You'll take the lead on shaping our Health & Safety approach, offering expert advice, strengthening our safety culture, and building strong relationships with teams across the country. We're looking for someone who:

Holds the NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and brings solid experience in a Health & Safety management role within a similar environment. Can translate complex technical information into clear, accessible guidance for colleagues at all levels. Has experience managing risk assessments, statutory compliance and provider/contractor relationships with confidence. Thrives working independently, juggling multiple priorities, and building strong partnerships across diverse teams.
