and are now seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisorto join their team. The role: As a Health & Safety Advisor , youll work closely with a portfolio of clients, providing professional advice and hands-on support across all aspects of health, safety, and risk management. Youll lead audits, deliver engaging training, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement in safety culture and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive health, safety, and fire risk assessments. Developing and implementing tailored H&S management systems and policies. Delivering practical, solution-based advice to clients. Providing engaging H&S training and workshops. Acting as Lead Consultant for key client accounts. Promoting and demonstrating the use of H&S software and reporting platforms. Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice. Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships. About you: Proven experience as a Health & Safety Consultant or Advisor. Recognised qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent). Strong understanding of UK H&S legislation and best practices. Excellent communication, client-facing, and organisational skills. Relevant fire safety qualifications (desirable). Proficient in Microsoft Office and H&S software systems. Full UK driving license and own vehicle. Working towards or already CMIOSH status (advantageous).
