Health & Safety Manager
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a rapidly expanding storage facility provider.
This is a key role in the organisation and you will co-ordinate, support and advise the business on all aspects of Health and Safety in the workplace.
The Role
Ensuring and improving safety standards across the business
Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
Conducting regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Providing comprehensive safety training to employees
Investigating and reporting incidents and accidents
Collaborating with department heads to maintain a secure working environment
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of recent and relevant experience in health and safety management
NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified or equivalent accreditation
NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate & Fire Safety Management
COSHH Trained
Experience in implementing and monitoring Fire Risk Assessments
Experience in advising on handling H&S investigations, and delivering training
Strong knowledge of formulating, implementing, and revising H&S policies and procedures
Up-to-date understanding of Health and Safety laws and regulations
