Day to Day
Design and implement a national health and safety strategy tailored to the fuels industry across 35 depots nationally
Develop policies, procedures, SSOW and compliance frameworks from scratch
Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide expert guidance to operational leaders and frontline teams
Ensure full compliance with UK legislation, industry standards, and best practice
Build a positive, proactive safety culture across all sites
Ownership of reporting, auditing & trend analysis
Act as the organisations subject-matter expert for all H&S matters
What will you bring?
Proven experience within a Health & Safety Management role
Experience within fuels or other hazardous materials is preferred
Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and industry regulations
NEBOSH Diploma
Someone who thrives in a blank-canvas environment and enjoys building systems from the ground up
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels
A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
Ability to travel nationally across our 35 depots
