What Youll Be Doing: Administering medication Supporting individuals with complex health needs Monitoring health observations Managing mental health clients and other complex needs Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way To be successful, youll need: A Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care At least 1 year of healthcare assistant experience in the UK A valid PMVA certificate (or willing to obtain this) Experience with: Mental Health Complex care Medication administration Safeguarding Level 2 or 3 A DBS registered on the Update Service Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training Why Join MCS Healthcare?
