Heavy Plant Lead Engineer – Bristol Area Salary: £23–24 per hour | Hours: 40 per week NEOS Engineering are seeking an experienced Heavy Plant (Lead Engineer) to join a busy operations team, overseeing the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of heavy plant machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in ensuring machinery is safe, reliable, and operational to meet production schedules. Key Responsibilities Lead the maintenance, servicing, and repair of heavy plant machinery, including excavators, loaders, dump trucks, and ancillary equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently.
Oversee preventative maintenance schedules to maximise uptime and extend asset life.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technicians, allocating workloads and ensuring high standards of work.
