Shifts: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm

Full job description

The ideal candidate will be required to service and maintain a variety of construction plant both on our sites and in the workshop. Fabrication and diagnostic experience would be desirable but not essential.

A full UK driving licence is essential. Cat C1 Licence is preferred but not essential.

We have a state of the art workshop with all the best tools available at your disposal.

Duties

- Repair, maintain and diagnose a variety of equipment including heavy plant machinery and small hand tools
- Weld, assemble, and fabricate metal components
- Operate power tools for cutting and shaping materials
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant and machinery

Skills
- Vast mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Experience in welding and fabrication
- Competence in using power tools
- Good communication skills

- Good understanding of electronics/diagnostics is preferred but not essential

Rate advertised is a guide only and will be negotiated before work commences depending on experience.
