Role Purpose To provide a comprehensive financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support function to site managers, supervisors, business manager and contracted customer(s). Key Duties To assist with the control of all service delivery aspects of the contract Assign multiple engineers PPMS on a monthly basis and update Co-ordinate subcontractor attendance in line with E-log books PPM Planner Issue of weekly helpdesk report to lead contract support detailing any chargeable jobs to be quoted Printing service reports for the engineers pigeon hole so they can collect on a weekly basis Spot checking PPMs to make sure correct reports have been uploaded / chasing engineers to close Assisting with closing PPMs if required Management of E-log books helpdesk, answering a high volume of reactive and PPM tickets via E-log books and telephone Tracking and updating progress from instigation stage through to completion If you have experience of the above and can demonstrate an aptitude for high level communication and have excellent stakeholder management skills then we want to hear from you.
