Position: HGV 1 Driver Location: Wickford Hours: Day Shift generally 06:30 Salary: £36,972.00 - £43,134.00 DriverForce UK are seeking experienced HGV Drivers for our client based in Wickford. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining a high standard of customer service. There will be times you may be required to do the occasional night out. This position is permanent but is weekly paid, based on a 45 hour week the salary is £36,972.00, most weeks it will be based on 50 hours and the salary is £43,134.00. there is also a £300.00 per 100 days Health and Safety bonus, which over the year is an additional £1,095.00 Duties but not inclusive to: Transporting goods efficiently and safely to designated locations Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and conducting routine inspections Adhering to all traffic and safety regulations Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.

Skills/Qualifications Required: Valid HGV 1 license and clean driving record, ideally held for 2 plus years Current HGV 1 driving experience Strong understanding of HGV operations and safety regulations Excellent time-management and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team DriverForce UK Ltd is acting as an employment business
