This is a

slower-paced HGV Class 1 driving role , ideal for someone looking for a steady, predictable schedule and a chance to unwind while still staying active and involved. Youll be part of a supportive team, helping keep the site and vehicles in top condition, without the stress of constant high-pressure deliveries. Key Responsibilities

Drive vehicles to MOT and other locations as required

Collection and delivery of vehicles

Road test vehicles when requested

Maintain workshop housekeeping

tidy bins, tools, and work areas

Yard tidying and vehicle parking

Perform basic site repairs and odd jobs

Conduct weekly checks (pits, ladders, lights, doors, etc.)

Other occasional duties as requested

Requirements

HGV Class 1 licence mandatory

Reliability and a good work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Comfortable performing light site maintenance and yard duties
