We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team. Shifts: Across Monday to Sunday. Hours: AM shift Pay Rates (2 payment options): * Monday to Friday Days- £15.22ph PAYE / £17.06ph Rolled up * Saturday and Sunday Days- £16.68ph PAYE / £18.69ph Rolled up Location: Warrington, WA4. Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate. The role: * General Haulage work * Occasional loading and unloading * Operate lorries in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring compliance with all road regulations. * Deliver goods to designated locations, maintaining accurate delivery records. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. * Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during interactions with customers. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Requirements: * Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E). * Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. * 1 year proven experience driving the relevant vehicle * Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence (minor offences only). * Ability to work independently and efficiently on long-haul runs. * Reliable, professional, and committed to high safety standards. * Full understanding of WTD legislation. * Excellent communication skills.
