HGV Class 2 Dray Driver Duties:

Delivery of keg and cased goods to multiple customers across the South East (Kent, Chelmsford, Brighton, Eastbourne and London) Use and maintain delivery equipment Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and any discrepancies Operate delivery vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines. Use manual handling equipment provided in accordance with Manual Handling procedures Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition (fuel, oil, etc) Maintain the cleanliness and professional presentation of the vehicle at all times. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, providing excellent service and acting as a brand ambassador. Follow pre-planned route accurately Maintain communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route or schedule Inform management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time

Requirements for a HGV Class 2 Dray Driver:

LGV 2 Licence Driver CPC and valid Digital Tachograph card. Good knowledge of UK road networks and delivery procedures. Experience in dray work Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. Reliable, punctual, and customer-service focused.
