HGV Class 2 Drivers Needed

Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV2 / LGV Category C Driver / Class 2 Drivers to work out of our client in Northampton on a temp – perm basis with immediate starts available.

For this HGV2 / Class 2 Driver role, you will be responsible for:

* Drive company vehicles safely and professionally in line with company policies and legal requirements

* Comply with all vehicle security and standing procedures

* Perform daily vehicle and equipment checks, reporting any issues immediately

* Report delivery issues promptly

* Delivering kitchen and bathroom flatpack products as part of a two-person crew to customers houses and flats

* Professionally completing 6-16 drops per shift.

For this HGV2 / Class 2 / Driver role, you will need:

* Category C licence with at least 6 months experience.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* No more than 6 points.

* DIGI and CPC Card.

* Physically capable – manual handling is part of the role.

Details of this HGV2 / Class 2 Driver role:

* Competitive hourly rate - £17.11PH

* Start times between 04:00 – 06:00

* Tuesday – Saturday shift pattern, completing 45hrs per week.

* Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking.

* £500 bonus for referring a lorry driver friend – they get £250 too!

* 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
