*Job Summary* We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all road regulations. Experience with flatbed deliveries is preferred, as you will be handling diverse loads that may require special handling.

*Duties*

* Operate a lorry in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. * Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality. * Load and secure cargo, ensuring it is safely transported to designated locations. * Deliver goods on time. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. * Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. * Adhere to company policies regarding safety protocols and procedures.

*Qualifications*

* Valid UK driving licence with a category CE entitlement. * Up to date CPC and Digi Cards * Proven experience as a HGV driver min 1 year experience max 6 points * Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and road safety standards. * Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with local routes. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and clients. * A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while on delivery routes.
