Job Title: Sweeper Driver (Roadworks) Start Date: Monday Duration: 8 Months Location: On Road Employment Type: Contract Payment: CIS Registered Only Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced Sweeper Drivers to work alongside active roadworks projects. This is an 8-month contract starting Monday. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining clean and safe working environments on live highways and road construction sites. Key Responsibilities * Operating a road sweeper vehicle on live roadworks sites * Cleaning debris, dust, and waste materials from carriageways and surrounding areas * Supporting site teams to maintain safe and compliant working conditions * Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance * Adhering to all health & safety regulations and traffic management requirements * Communicating effectively with site supervisors and traffic management teams Requirements * Valid HGV licence (if required for vehicle type) * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card (if applicable) * Previous experience operating a road sweeper, ideally within roadworks or highways environments * Good understanding of health & safety on live sites * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team * MUST be CIS registered (essential – no exceptions) What We Offer * 8 months of consistent work * ...
