Suma is a worker co-operative; a business owned and run by nearly 200 members who work here. Were a group of ordinary people who have built a business on principles of integrity and equality. Suma workers work together collectively to set the direction of the business - there are no shareholders and no traditional bosses. We are currently looking for an HGV Driver to join us on a full-time basis for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. A route to permanent employment is available through gaining membership of our co-operative.

The Benefits
