Key Responsibilities Carry out routine servicing, inspections and repairs on HGVs, including Mercedes Benz commercial vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using OEM diagnostic equipment.
Complete MOT preparation, safety checks and compliance inspections to DVSA standards.
Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspension and emissions systems.
Maintain accurate job cards, service reports and digital workshop records.
Support fleet maintenance planning by identifying upcoming repair needs and preventative maintenance actions.
Work closely with service advisors, parts teams and workshop leadership to maintain efficient workflow.
Contribute to a safe, clean and well-organised workshop environment.
Keep up to date with Mercedes Benz technical bulletins, training and product updates.

Ideal Candidate Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
