HGV Technicians Wanted - Sheffield Area

We're currently on the lookout for skilled HGV Technicians to join a range of our fantastic clients across Sheffield. If you're experienced, reliable, and take pride in keeping heavy vehicles running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

Who are we working with? We partner with a variety of well-established commercial vehicle workshops, dealerships, and fleet operators across the Sheffield area. That means plenty of opportunities to find the right fit for you-whether you prefer a busy dealership environment or a more relaxed fleet workshop.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs

Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment

Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA standards

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

Keeping accurate records of work carried out

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working on HGVs, LGVs, or commercial vehicles

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving skills

Essential UK Qualifications & Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds)

Full UK Driving Licence (HGV licence is a bonus but not always essential)

IRTEC Accreditation (desirable but not mandatory)

Knowledge of DVSA standards and roadworthiness requirements
