HGV MECHANIC NEWARK £48,789 PER ANNUM + SHIFT ALLOWANCE (£1300) PERMANENT POSITION IMMEDIATE START 2 WEEKS OF MORNINGS – 5:00am – 2:00pm 2 WEEKS OF AFTERNOONS – 2:00pm – 11:00pm
A well-established company in Newark are looking for a HGV Mechanic to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role will involve:
• Maintaining and repairing HGV systems • Preparing HGV vehicles for MOT’s. • Carrying out HGV safety inspections
We are looking for someone who:
• Previous experience working as a HGV mechanic • Competent with carrying out safety inspections • Previous experience preparing HGV vehicles for MOT • Confident with electrical and hydraulic systems • Hold a qualification in vehicle repairs
