Key Responsibilities
Providing out-of-hours support to HGV drivers across the UK Handling driver issues, breakdowns, and customer queries Checking in all drivers before the start of their shift Monitoring chat groups and providing regular updates to customers Supporting smooth weekend transport operations What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
transport or logistics
is an advantage but
not essential Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confident using phones, texting and basic systems Reliable, calm, and professional under pressure Full training provided
