Job Description

We’re currently looking for an experienced HGV Service Technician to join a well established team based in the Yorkshire region on a full time basis. You’ll be part of a highly driven team and share our ambition of becoming the best supplier within our field.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for\n\nAttending breakdowns within our territory\nMachinery fault finding on site and resolving the problem in a timely manner\nOverhauls and repairs to machinery within our workshop\nReporting faults to relevant parties\nCarrying out the service and maintenance of agricultural machinery\nReplacing parts and working closely with our Parts Department to ensure delivery\nCompleting job cards and warranty / maintenance paperwork to a high standard\nWe’ll expect you to\n\nHave a sound technical understanding of root crop equipment and agricultural machinery in general\nBe able to demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times\nBe driven and committed to the success of the business\nHave a positive can-do attitude\nBe able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team environment\nHave a clean UK driving licence and be willing to travel\nBe flexible with regards to working seasonal overtime and some unsociable hours\nHave sound time management and administration skills\nAnd we’ll offer you in return\n\nAn extremely attractive remuneration package with the opportunity to earn overtime\nExtensive company benefits\nFull product training and support\nA flexible working environment\nFully equipped service vehicle
