As an HGV Vehicle Technician , you will: Maintain and repair a fleet of appliances, vans, cars, and marine craft Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults Carry out all types of repairs, including hydraulics, engines, transmissions, braking systems, and ABS/traction control Fabricate basic components as required Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections Undertake repairs both at the workshop and on-site at service locations Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

The successful candidate will have: A relevant Level 3 Mechanical qualification (NVQ, apprenticeship, or equivalent) Proven experience diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel/petrol engines, automatic transmissions, and braking systems Ability to carry out fabrication work using various materials Good IT and communication skills A track record of producing high-quality work within set deadlines A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and compliance
