Salary: £19.00 per hour + £3,000 Joining Bonus
Hours: 39 hours per week

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a well-established engineering operation based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle technician looking for long-term stability, career progression, and the chance to work on modern and electric vehicle technology.
You’ll be joining a busy, professional engineering team responsible for maintaining a large fleet of buses, with strong investment in tooling, training, and future technologies.

Key Responsibilities of the HGV Technician

Diagnose and carry out vehicle repairs, servicing, and parts replacement
Accurately diagnose faults and identify the correct repair methods and components
Complete routine servicing and vehicle examinations
Use handheld data capture devices where required
Attend on-road breakdowns and vehicle recoveries
Carry out road testing to identify defects or confirm repairs
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance
Requirements of the HGV Technician

Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in HGV or PSV Mechanics (essential)
Flexible approach to shift working
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to obtain a PCV licence (support provided)
