As a key member of their staff team, you will help pupils develop as confident, independent learners by keeping them focused, engaged, and eager to succeed. Your role will include explaining tasks and concepts clearly, supporting a wide range of classroom and whole school activities, and delivering high-quality learning experiences. You will work with individual pupils and small groups to provide targeted support, contribute to planning, and assist in maintaining purposeful and well-managed learning environments. You will complement and enhance the professional work of Teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities. This may include planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, monitoring and assessing pupil progress, maintaining accurate records, and reporting on children’s development. You will also lead the class when required, ensuring continuity of learning and upholding high expectations.
