About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and dynamic school in Rainham. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone confident in leading learning, covering classes, and supporting pupils across a range of abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacherSupport teaching and learning across the classroomLead small group interventions to raise attainmentWork closely with teachers to plan and assess pupil progressProvide support for pupils with varying learning needsContribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experienceProven experience working in a school settingStrong classroom management skillsConfident delivering lessons across different year groupsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive and flexible approach
