A well-regarded Primary School in the Borough of Redbridge is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their team from September 2025. This is a term-time only role paid on a daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to students in various subjects for KS1/KS2 year groups. Assist in planning and preparing lessons and resources Support students with learning difficulties on a 1:1 or small group basis, particularly those who need the additional help. Assist the classroom teacher in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment Monitoring behaviour and students' progress and provide feedback to the teacher. Assist with extracurricular activities and school events. Provide temporary cover across the school, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to ensure continuity in the absence of the regular teacher.
Requirements for the ideal candidate:
