Academics are seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to support teaching and learning in a welcoming primary school in Margate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their classroom support career.

What you'll do as an HLTA:

* Deliver lessons across the primary curriculum when required
* Support small group interventions
* Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery
* Provide targeted support for pupils who need additional help
* Promote a positive learning environment

What we're looking for in an HLTA:

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong classroom confidence
* Flexible and proactive approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
