A friendly Primary School in

is seeking a reliable and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026.
HLTA | Role Overview: Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absence or PPA cover
Work with small groups and support lesson preparation where needed
Help create a calm, supportive and inclusive classroom environment
HLTA | Person Specification: Experience that meets HLTA standards
A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a related UK degree is preferred
At least one years experience as a TA or LSA in a UK primary school
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Experience supporting pupils with additional or varying needs
Confident managing a class and maintaining positive behaviour
Flexible, dependable and able to work well as part of a team
