You will be responsible for:

the overall leadership and management of the Family Assessment Centre ensuring high‑quality, child‑focused and family‑centred assessments maintaining Ofsted compliance and strong safeguarding practice leading, supporting, and developing a committed staff team working closely with local authorities and multi‑agency professionals

The Ideal Candidate You will have:

experience within a Family Assessment Centre and/or children’s residential services a good working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding strong leadership, organisational, and decision‑making skills confidence managing quality, compliance, and staff teams
