Salary: Starting from £54,000 DOE could be negotiable

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Home Manager for their small/Medium sized Residential/Dementia/Nursing Care Home.

Candidate

The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes with consistently good or above CQC reports, with an excellent business acumen and a proven history of managing homes within the sector.

You will be able to demonstrate your capability to work with the local community, to be the home of choice. Whilst also showcasing your focus on delivering fantastic resident care. Due to the nature of the role, you will be able to articulate the importance of people development and how this will have a positive impact on the service.

Requirements

• Home Manager Experience
• CQC reports of Good or Above
• Strong commercial acumen, experience in marketing and budget management
• Elderly/dementia home management experience
• PIN not essential as clinical support in place

Location

The role is based in Norfolk and is therefore commutable from Mundesley, Stalham, North Walsham, Wroxham, Costessey, Norwich, Hemsby, Hethersett, Wymondham and surrounding areas.
