If youre an experienced Home Manager who knows how to stabilise, improve, and then sustain standards, this role offers the chance to take a service that has done the hard work and lead it confidently forward. Youll inherit a care home that has successfully returned to a Good CQC rating and now needs consistent, values-led leadership to maintain momentum.
Based in Sutton-In-Ashfield, This is a role for someone who wants real ownership. Youll be trusted to lead the service day to day, shape culture, and be fully accountable for quality, performance, and outcomes, with visible support from an experienced senior leadership team.
Package & Benefits Salary £70,000£75,000 per annum, depending on experience. 33 days annual leave including bank holidays. Performance-based quarterly bonus linked to occupancy, fees, agency usage, and regulatory compliance. Full financial support for relevant training and career development. Option to join an EV salary sacrifice scheme following successful probation.
