The Opportunity The home provides a premium standard of care in an elegant and welcoming environment. While quality of care remains the priority, there is a clear focus on increasing occupancy and strengthening the home’s presence within the local community. We are seeking a confident and capable leader who can: * Lead and motivate an established care team * Maintain excellent compliance and quality standards * Build strong relationships with families and professionals * Represent the home with professionalism and warmth * Develop effective local marketing and networking strategies * Drive sustainable occupancy growth This role requires someone who is operationally strong but also comfortable being the face of the service — welcoming prospective families, showcasing the home, and building trust from the first interaction. About You To be considered, you must have: * Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager within elderly care * A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance * Experience improving or maintaining occupancy levels * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and KPIs You will be a visible, hands-on leader who understands that reputation, relationships and service quality are key to long-term success.
